We are excited that we’ll be seeing so many families tomorrow at the BBQ, the weather will be nice and the BBQ will be fired up!
A few things to note:
- BBQ starts at 5pm; a reminder BBQ Items were sold in advance, if you missed the ordering deadline please bring your own picnic to join us, there’s still lots of fun happening
- An Ice Cream truck will be on site and accepting Cash for orders
- 5:30pm – 6:00pm – X-Movement activity
- 6:00pm – 7:00pm – Dance N Culture dance party
- All night, photo booths set up and small games
- Please also remember to bring a blanket or chair
