Hello Families, the team has been working really hard to come up with a plan for Family Fest with the increasing certainty of rain in the forecast. Family Fest was always a rain or shine event and WILL go forward with a few modifications:
- We will start the fun at 3:30pm and go until 7pm
- The BBQ will be fired up and serving pre-orders in the yard, we will have limited additional BBQ items available for sale on the day of the event
- Loads of games, DIY Photo Booth, Bake Sale, Ice Cream Truck and X-Movement will be going on and move inside the school if needed
- Inflatables cannot be used if it rains so the team has decided to delay the inflatables to the school-wide Play Day the morning of June 28th (refunds are not available but the kids will still get the fun)
- Bracelets will no longer be distributed
- Volunteers will still be needed to help us pull this off, we will reach out if needed via email
