Hello All!
Family Fest is coming up on Thursday May 30th from 3:30-7:30pm and we recruiting volunteers. If you volunteer for one event this year, make this the one (we need a lot of volunteers)! Below is link to a google doc with a variety of options for helping make this great event happen. Please sign up for 1-2 slots!
How to Sign Up to Volunteer:
1. Read the job descriptions below to find the task you’d like to volunteer for
2. Please fill out your full name beside the task & time slot(s) you would like in this Google Doc
3. Email thegledhillguardian@gmail.com to ensure we have your email & phone number on file
Volunteer Job Descriptions:
| Set Up/Take Down | Availability before and after the event to help with getting the event set up and taken down |
| Ticket Table: | Sell tickets for bounce house, popcorn, etc. |
| Bounce House: | Ensure kiddos have their bracelets, they know and follow the rules and that the house isn’t at max kids |
| BBQ: | Collect tickets, pass out food |
| Bake Sale: | Collect Money and pass out bake goods |
| Photo Booth: | Encourage use and keep area tidy |
| Popcorn: | Make popcorn and put in bags, Collect Tickets, Hand out Popcorn |
| Games | Instruct families on the games, reset to make sure all items have been returned |
| Silent Auction: | Monitor the table & prizes, encourage participation |
