Family Fest is coming! Here’s what you need to know!

When: Thursday, May 30th 3:30-7pm
Where: Gledhill Jr Public School Yard
Who: Our Community, this event is open to everyone so invite your family, friends & neighbours!
Cost: There will be free to participate & pay-to-play elements. See below:

Free to Participate Activities:

• Facepainting
• Games
• Photobooth
• Tattoos
• Music

Pay to Play Activities:

• BBQ Dinner: $8 (school cash online only by May 22)
  • $8: All beef burger with a drink and bag of chips
  • $8: Veggie burger with a drink and bag of chips
  • $8: Jumbo Beef Hot Dog with a drink and bag of chips (*Hot dog and Bun are halal)
• All you can bounce: $25 via school cash online by May 22 ($35 day of via cash & card)
• Other Treats (Bake Sale, Icecream, Cotton Candy): Various (cash & card day of)
• Online Silent Auction: Online Only starting May 23 until May 30. Linked here

Family Fest items are now available to purchase via School Cash Online, so act now the deadline is May 22 at 11:59pm. If you are not registered for School Cash Online and would like to participate, please email at thegledhillguardian@gmail.com

Please note: this is a rain or shine event that has been organized by Parent Council. We have to commit to the orders placed with our vendors and as a result, we are unable to change an order once it has been placed and WE CANNOT OFFER ANY REFUNDS. Thank you for supporting Gledhill and our students!
