Karate kids is today at lunch.
Carnival activities are running again at morning recess. Look for the grade 6’s to guide you through some carnival fun!
Young women on the move – you are meeting today at lunch in Room 24.
We are having a Spirit Day in honour of Earth Hour on Friday – wear Gledhill colours – YELLOW and BLACK!

Daily Announcements – Monday, March 7th

Highlights from the morning announcements:

Coding meets at lunch today. Please bring your lunch to the library.
At 11:30 there will be a jazz art community meeting in Room 16.
Tomorrow is skating at Ted Reeves Arena. We are all looking forward to this!
Friday is TDSB Earth Hour from 2 to 3pm. When all electronics are turned off and lights that are not necessary are turned off, it makes a huge difference in our power consumption..
Tomorrow the junior choir meets at 11:45 in Room 18.

The next Gledhill School Council meeting will be held on Thursday February 25 at 6:00-7:30pm in the School Library (2nd floor).

Please note that pizza and babysitting services will be provided

Highlights from the morning announcements:

For this week only Forest of Reading has a change of meeting date. We will meet today (Wednesday) at 11:45. Eat your lunch and someone will come and get you.
You may have noticed lots of little ones in the office this week for Kindergarten registration. Remember to welcome these little students!
Junior choir members: great first meeting yesterday although we were missing many faces! Please make sure you are at the next practice on March 8th. As well, please correct your yellow sheet for practice from March 22nd to 29th. Thanks!
Karate Kids meets today at lunch.
A reminder that there is a Character education assmebly today at 10:30 in the gym.
