Save the date! Gledhill’s Silent Auction is back! The big event will take place Friday, November 22, 2013 from 7:00 – 10:00 pm. Live auction begins at 7:30pm. This is one of our major fundraisers for the year and a great night out. The Silent Auction offers incredible bargains, delicious food, fine wine and an opportunity to see the gym transformed by floral genius and Gledhill mom, Rosie Jeffares. As always, we need volunteers to make this event a success. Please contact Andrea, at rourkenassif@sympatico.ca, if you can:- Donate goods or services for the auction.
- Cook or bake something tasty to contribute to the evening’s finger food.
- Work a shift on the night of the auction (set-up, bar, kitchen, cash, clean-up, etc.)
If you are able to procure an item for the Auction, please contact Andrea Rourke. A running list of businesses that have been approached can be viewed here. Admission is $2.00 or food bank donation and it is an Adult Only Event (19 yrs or older).
