- We acknowledge we are hosted on the lands of the Mississaugas of the Anishinaabe , the Haudenosaunee Confederacy and the Wendat. We also recognize the enduring presence of all First Nations, Metis and Inuit Peoples.

- Today is Friday Sept 19 and it is Day 4 in our schedule. Our character theme for September is Respect and here is something to think about. “Respect yourself and others will respect you.” – Confucius
- Help raise some school spirit and wear 2 different socks to school next Wednesday!
- Today is the start of the Rugby World Cup in Tokyo, Japan. This event takes place every 4 years and each team tries to represent the core values of rugby, which are: integrity, passion, solidarity, discipline and respect. Canada is ranked 23rd in the world and will take on two time defending champion, the New Zealand Allblacks. Good luck Canada!
