  • Tuesday November 5th- Picture retake day

  • Friday November 15th – Last day to buy Marlies tickets
  • Thursday November 21st 6-730pm- Parent Council Mtg in school library.  All are welcome.  Child care and pizza will be provided
  • Saturday November 30th @ 130pm – Marlies Game at Scotiabank arena.

Highlights from today’s announcements:

  • Good morning!  Please stand for the Land Acknowledgement and our National Anthem.
  • We acknowledge we are hosted on the lands of the Mississaugas of the Anishinaabe , the Haudenosaunee Confederacy and the Wendat.  We also recognize the enduring presence of all First Nations, Metis and Inuit Peoples.

  • Today is Tuesday October 29th and it is Day 4 in our schedule.  Our character theme for October is Responsibility and here is something to think about.  “Responsibility does not only lie with the leaders off our countries or with those who have been appointed or elected to do a particular job.  It lies with each of us individually.” – Dali Lama
  • Primary Choir today at 1145!
  • Makerspace club for Grade 4 and 5 mets today int he library.  Please eat your lunch in the lunchroom and wait for a teacher to pick you up.  Bring your coats with you as you will be lining up outside with your class at the end of lunch.
  • The Spooktacular Door Decorating Contest is off to a great start!  Way to go Room 4! We can’t wait to see what everyone does.  Judges will be coming around on Friday afternoon.
