Highlights from the mornings anouncements:

1. Cross country conference finals are this Monday, meet with Mme Scaife at the Terry Fox doors at 8am.

2. Scotiabank Jr marathon 5k is this Sunday, we meet at the Terry Fox doors at 6:30am sharp.

3. Caribou results will be available on Friday, October 17th.

4. Please remember to bring your choir permission form back no later than Tuesday. Next week’s choir practice will be PRIMARY (grades 1-3).

5. Strings is cancelled today (Friday).

2. Math Caribou starts in 2 weeks. Bring back those forms ASAP please!

Highlights from this morning’s announcements:

1. Math Caribou starts on Wednesday, October 15th, 18 days from now. You don’t have to be good at school math to enjoy Math Caribou. For only $7 for all 6 contests, let your brain get a math workout. Permission forms are at the door of Room 26 and return them to Mme Scaife by next week.

2. A huge thank you to all the Gledhill families for the generous donations for the Terry Fox foundation. All pledge forms must be returned no later than Wednesday. Submit to Mrs Bailey or Ms. Chitayat please.

3. Congrats to winners Michelle and Sylvia in room 29 for knowing that Clarence Michon wrote the song Courage Highway in memory of Terry Fox.

1. Good morning Gledhill! Have you got School Spirit? Let’s see what you’ve got for tomorrow – Friday CRAZY HAIR DAY! Do your hair up wierd and wacky! Our spirit squad will be coming around to see which class has the craziest hair and the most spirit!!

2. Slo pitch today at recess and lunch!

3. There will be a short meeting for the Spirit Squad today at 11:30 in Room 24 with Ms. Ahmad.

4. We have so many Gledhill runners and their families on our runs on Tuesdays and Thursdays and it is so nice to start the day running… it’s never too late to join the running club!
