Gledhill School Council presents: Marlies Day On Sunday November 29th!

Marlies Ticket orders are processed and tickets will be ready for pickup at the office starting Tuesday morning at 10am. Tickets MUST BE PICKED UP BY FRIDAY AT 3 30 PM.
All tickets left over will be held with Melissa and brought to the game on Sunday November 29th.

You can email Melissa at melissahillier@hotmail.com if you have any questions or concerns.

For those skating after the game you can leave skates in your cars and go and get them after the game or if they are small kid size skates that are in a bag you can have them with you at your seats. Melissa will have her van for those who are not driving and need a place to store them.
Don’t forget all Choir members must be there for 11 am. Parents can wait inside the main area for children as they do their sound check. Inside there is an event room where everyone can play some games and make posters.
Can’t wait to see Gledhill shine as we cheer on the Marlies.  Thank you to Melissa for arranging this once again!

parent-rep

There are still several classes in the school that have no Parent Classroom Representative, or, in some cases, only one. The role of the Parent Classroom Representative is to communicate (via email) with class parents and the teacher concerning events in class and in the school, such as class outings, parties and teacher gifts. Parent Classroom Representatives are the first link in the chain to encourage parents to make a positive contribution to life at the school. Parents who have previously taken on this role have enjoyed it as a way of keeping in touch with Gledhill and being involved. A full description of the Roles and Responsibilities can be read here. If you have questions regarding the position, or would like to sign up,  please email Chris Bockner at knobula@hotmail.com.
